- 1/2 roasted red bell pepper
- 1 can organic unsalted garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
season with paprika + garlic salt + ground pepper
Heat oven to 400, roast 1/2 of a red bell pepper, then use a food processor or blender to combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and serve with toasted bread, pita crackers or vegetablesÂ
