Flatbread Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Wheat Naan Bread
  • ~1/4 c Rao's Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Roasted Zucchini
  • 1/2 c Roasted Broccoli
  • 1/4 c Raw Organic Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 c Chopped Red Onion
  • Feta or Goat Cheese Crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 415 and spray veggies with coconut or avocado oil, season with pink salt, ground black pepper + oregano for 15 minutes. Remove veggies from the oven, top naan bread with pizza sauce, add veggies + raw spinach, then place back in the oven for about 7 minutes or until the edges are crispy. Enjoy!
