- 1 bag Siete Tortilla Chips
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef can sub ground turkey, or tofu scramble.
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 jar Salsa Verde
- 1/2 c Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 c Pickled Onions
- 1 Avocado
- 1 bunch Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- 1 Jalapeno
Preheat oven to 400
Heat a pan to medium high heat and cook ground beef with taco seasoning until brown
Add in a jar of salsa to cooked meat mixture and mix together and cook for 5 minutes
Remove ground beef from pan
Place siete tortilla chips on a baking sheet or cast iron pan
Layer with cheese and ground beef
Place nachos in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
Top with pickled onions, jalapeno, avocado, cilantro and fresh lime
