Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1c Coconut Water adjust based on your desired thickness
  • 1/4 c Raw Baby Spinach
  • 1 bunch Organic Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Fresh Lime Squeezed
  • 1/4 c Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 c Frozen Mango
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or Collagen Optional

Instructions
 

  • To create a perfectly smooth green base, blend the coconut water with mint and spinach first for 1 minute
  • Next add in the frozen fruit and optional protein powder or ice for a thicker consistency
  • Pour in a glass and sip with a straw - Enjoy!

  • Focuses on whole ingredients: Use fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, option to add plain greek yogurt, ground flax, hemp or chia seeds. 
  • Balanced macronutrients: Include protein sources like yogurt or protein powder for satiety and muscle building. Healthy fats from frozen avocado, or seeds aid in nutrient absorption.
