- 1c Coconut Water adjust based on your desired thickness
- 1/4 c Raw Baby Spinach
- 1 bunch Organic Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Fresh Lime Squeezed
- 1/4 c Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 c Frozen Mango
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or Collagen Optional
To create a perfectly smooth green base, blend the coconut water with mint and spinach first for 1 minute
Next add in the frozen fruit and optional protein powder or ice for a thicker consistency
Pour in a glass and sip with a straw - Enjoy!
