Ingredients

Organic canned pumpkin
* use canned pumpkin - NOT pumpkin puree

Egg
1
c
Cashew butter
* can use any nut butter
1/4
c
Maple syrup
1
tsp
Baking soda
1/2
c
Almond flour
* I buy mine at costco - much cheaper $$

tsp
Cinnamon
2
tsp
Pumpkin spice blend
Pinch of sea salt
Dark chocolate chips
* optional - measure with your heart
Instructions
Preheat oven 350
Spray muffin tin or use liners
Mix all ingredients together
Top with chocolate chips
Bake for 15 minutes - toothpick should come out clean
Let cool, remove from the pan and enjoy!
Store in the refrigerator
