Valentines Day Chocolate Truffles
This sweet treat is made with just a few ingredients and is the perfect treat for Valentine's Day. Try it out and customize it how you like it!
Ingredients
Base Filling
- 1.5 c Nut Butter
- 1 c Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Chocolate Coating
- 1/2 c Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Pink Chocolate Coating
- 1/2 c White Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 drops Pink Food Coloring
Instructions
- Mix together nut butter, almond flour and maple syrup
- Roll into balls and chill on parchment paper for 30 mins - 1 hour
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals
- Coat truffles in melted dark chocolate place on parchment paper to harden
- Repeat melting process with pink coating
- Drizzle pink chocolate on top
- Let the chocolate harden and place in the refrigerator
- Enjoy! Serve and store slightly chilled
